As a descendant of the Syilx/Okanagan Nation I have been reconnecting with my teachings. My passion project is my Indigenous beadwork company, Tangled Fireweed & Feathers, where I make wearable art with the purpose of empowering others.
I am an entrepreneur at heart starting my first business in my early 20’s. I see myself as a blossoming business owner, with the majority of my entrepreneurial experiences being in services. My educational background is in the health and wellness industry, where I worked as massage practitioner, professional fitness instructor, Yoga Teacher Trainer (YTT200) and coach.
Currently, as the Community Catalyst at Okanagan coLab, and I am deeply passionate about community and creating a sense of belonging. I work to maintain and grow a community of entrepreneurs, creatives, and innovators; by providing experiences and events.
