You are constantly working on creative and complex tasks. But you never seem to get done – or perhaps not to the quality level you truly wanted. You may be surprised – relieved even – to know that it is not possible! But how can you still succeed? Come get your answers questioned.

The philosophy, values, principles, policies, practices, and tools to complete any interesting initiative always depend on context. This workshop and clinic delve into the Agile way of delivering value, and how it relates to traditional ways. Participants will add pragmatic tools to their toolbox for assessing how Agile applies, and for being Agile to get stuff done on-time and on-budget.
